Facebook Groups Selling Bonsai Materials
If you live in the Philippines and have no time to go and hunt for bonsai materials, a few facebook group of bonsai sellers and buyers might be the right place for you. Selling at low price but high quality, bonsai materials are posted on these FB pages almost everyday.
How does it work?
If you are interested in buying a bonsai material that you spotted, you will be asked to comment the word “mine” or “sold” on the sales post. You would then need to message the seller to arrange payment and shipment. Buyer usually handles the shipping fee.
How does it get delivered?
The most common courier used for delivery is via JRS or LBC. Once everything is settled, the shipment takes from 2 days to a week. It is best to track your parcel online. The item is packed sealed in order to retain moisture as it goes on to a long travel. Moisture is hoped to keep the tree alive during the shipment.
