What Happened To Pinoy Bonsai Blog?

Share

Oh my! It’s been quite a while. I thought I could keep up with the documentation of my trees when I started this blog.  Well, it seems like I underestimated things a little.  I was recently overwhelmed with the number of trees I have collected both from the wild and from hunters/sellers.  I think this is the result of following the advice given to me by one of my mentors: while you wait for the first batch of trees to grow, just collect collect collect!  And here I am stuck with so many trees and now already losing track of my plan to document the progression of each trees. The funny thing is, I just discovered a new hobby with Cactus, Succulents, Caudiciforms collections and having real fun making pots for these little cuties.  For now, they keep me busy while waiting for the branches of my bonsai trees to thicken.

In the mean time, I’d like to write here my future plans:

1. Make youtube videos of my bonsai trees just like that of Nigel Saunders or Bonsai Iligan
2. Continue to post here at least once or twice every week.
3. I am also working on starting an ornamental plant nursery soon and I want that to be featured here.

Well, that’s pretty much what is going on on with Pinoy Bonsai Blog!

Thanks! 🙂

    more power to this blog.
