You can draw a lot of inspiration regarding bonsai on Instagram. I have been an avid fan and follower of Bonsai Mirai for a long time and I always get inspired by their short and worth discussing posts.

Trunk movement. A characteristic that makes bonsai trees special, unique and appealing to the eyes. Bonsai artists know how to contort trees to the extent of breaking the branches just to achieve the desired beauty. But how does contortion in the wild happen? We do not know exactly. All we know is we can just appreciate them.
In the Philippines, this contorted or twisted bonsai materials that obtained from the wild are highly priced. It is so because they are rare finds. A hunter may spend hours and hours just to finds beautifully twisted materials.
