Malabar Spinach (Alugbati): A Reliable Vegetable

This plant grows just about anywhere in my place. It is a reliable vegetable in the sense that it is what I turn to when I have no money to buy food. I’d usually prepare it with some sauteed garlic and onion and sardines. For some reasons, it is more delicious if eaten during the rainy days. I hope you enjoy the pics!
